Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer and any site assessment carried out. Where site conditions differ materially from the information provided, the quotation may be revised before work begins.
Installation
Domestic electrical installation work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and electrical certification is provided following installation.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include major card payments, Apple Pay, Google Wallet and cash.
Warranty and guarantee
Every installation includes our comprehensive 2-year workmanship guarantee, covering all physical installation and wiring labour. The EV charging hardware is covered independently by the manufacturer's standard 3-year parts warranty; manufacturer terms apply to the charger itself.
